The overdrive stage is a dynamic process related directly to the filter’s resonance amount so that as the resonance is increased so is the overall gain of the overdrive section. This preserves the shape of the oscillator’s waveform at lower resonance levels instead of just clipping them into a square waveform as a typical distortion stage would. This also provides a much smoother transition from the original bubbly liquid sound into those ripping lead sounds more common in todays electronic music.

So do the songs actually make dogs happy? We tried it out on our border collie Scooter smartest dog in the world (he can "speak" on command in English and French). While he was out of the room we played the first cut “Squeaky- Deakey. ” It’s a ditty with a tinny electronic drum beat and a faint calypso melody but its hook is the double-burst of squeaky-toy noises that accompany the verse. By the time the first chorus was over Scooter had wandered into the room with a cute quizzical head tilt. He looked around the room for the source of the squeak. He stared at the speakers and gave a slight sniff in their direction. Amazingly Iota the fake Maine Coon cat came into the room too! And he never shows his fuzzy face in the daytime.

v2 on February 24 2008 Pros: Comfortable when you find a fit and a seal AMAZING lows fun to listen to with electronic music. When I can hear mids and up they’re very pleasant. Cons: AMAZING Lows yeah I can barely hear some of the other sounds at times though this can be negated to some effect. Summary: I recieved these buds for my birthday and so far I’ve had a good run with them their seal is kind of weird I usually have to use the biggest attatchment to keep buds like these in my ears but with this I found the best seal (so far) with the smallest set I’ll try more as time goes on but I was happy enough to get them in and haven’t bothered changing since. Audio quality next.

Also notable is its very effective execution and use of well designed sets props and soundstage scenic paintings.
